NOTICE OF PENDING LAND-FOR-LAND EXCHANGE NOTICE is hereby provided that pursuant to Article IX,  9 of the Colorado Constitution and  36-1-124.5, CRS, the State Board of Land Commissioners ("Board") has authorized the following land-for-land exchange ("Proposed Exchange"): TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 61 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. SECTION 30: SW4SE4, and SECTION 31: NE4; and TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 62 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. SECTION 36: SE4SW4; and TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 62 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. SECTION 1: E2NW4; altogether containing 320 acres, more or less ("State Property") In Exchange For ONE AND ONE HALF (1 1/2 ) SHARES OF MORGAN PREWITT RESERVOIR and $170,000 CASH ("Replacement Property") SUBJECT TO any and all covenants, restrictions, easements and rights-of-way, whether or not of record. Only the surface rights of the State Property are proposed to be conveyed. The State Property is offered on an "as-is, where-is" basis and the Board will not provide access easements or otherwise encumber its other holdings as a part of the Proposed Exchange.
